			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Diet <strong>plans for teenagers</strong> is very necessary at the early stage of the life of the child as it might be difficult to cultivate a diet plan after the child must have been used to a particular diet which was not based on a plan and that make future adjustment a bit difficult.</p>
<p>One of the most important things that parents must instill on their teenagers is a good diet regimen and that can not be understated. Most moms are very responsible and actually know what their teenagers should eat even before they become teenagers as they know what types of foods are good for their children. But as children, they do not want to eat food that is being given by their mother because the food might not taste the way they want even though mom know that the food is very healthy for them.</p>
<p>Teenagers have a very busy lifestyle and that works in their favor because as they are active their body burns a lot of fat and they are able to eat less desirable foods than an adult. The problem is that if a teenage start easting junk food or food that is not well balanced, chances are they would make it a habit and would not grow up with a good dieting  plan or dieting habits.</p>
<h2>What should good diet plans for teenagers contain?</h2>
<p>A good diet plan for teenagers must consist of a very balanced diet of foods from all the food groups. Just like adults teenagers must also eat regularly as opposed to try to skip some of their meals with the hope of cutting down. Eating regular meals that is, breakfast lunch, and a sensible dinner would help them cut down on fat buildup in their system</p>
<p>It is well understood that teenagers are the ones who are very conscious of their weight and as a result they try to make sure that they maintain an ideal weight because they are the most likely to be seen by their friends as being over weight and that is a label they detest.</p>
